"Xiao Chen, this Crown Prince looks young but very sick . Is it curable?" After Jing Yue and Xiao Chen sent Xiao Yuling away, they strolled toward Lotus Garden . Jing Yue stood on Xiao Chen's side, while her hand was held tightly by him . Xing Yi and Xing Er followed them silently .

"It is a congenital disease . It’s not about being curable or not, but about his willingness to cure it or not . ” Xiao Chen answered with a faint smile .

Apparently, his words stunned Jing Yue . She looked up at his side face suspiciously . These royal affairs were so intricate that as an outsider she should keep herself away from these, she thought .

“Oh, right, Xiao Chen,” Jing Yue paused and said, “Can you find a way to get the house I told you last time?”

"Well, after the August Hunting, the t.i.tle deed of the house will be sent here . " Xiao Chen nodded and answered quietly .

“Hunting? What hunting?” At first, Jing Yue was excited to hear about the house, but when the hunting was mentioned, her excitement turned into doubt .

“That’s what I want to tell you,” Xiao Chen turned to her and said, “The August Hunting will start after three days . The emperor and his concubines as well as his princes will go hunting in the Royal Hunting Ground . They regard it as a chance to improve their relations.h.i.+ps . ”

“Aren’t they so idle . . . ?” Jing Yue twitched her lips .

“The hunting at this time may be dangerous . ” Xiao Chen took a deep breath and looked at her, “The emperor wants you to go as well . And Xing Er will be your bodyguard . ”

“So, that’s the business you talked with the Crown Prince just now?” Jing Yue stared at him seriously .

He nodded, “Don’t worry . I won’t put you in danger . ”

“Hum . . . ” Jing Yue smiled brightly with her eyebrows curved; some different implications flittering in her eyes, she squinted at Xiao Chen and said, “You know I am not a weak woman . My ability of killing is not inferior to any of your men . ”

Her words successfully surprised Xiao . He looked down at this smiling girl and then his serious look turned into a soft smile . He pinched her pink cheek and said, “I certainly know, and that’s why I am worried about you . ”

"Well! I won't bring you any trouble!" Jing Yue patted his hand off her face and pouted her lips .

"Really?" Xiao Chen looked obviously unhappy, "Helian Xiu will be there this time . "

"Will he? So what?" Jing Yue rolled her eyes, “Then I’ll just ask him if Funeral Flower is still alive or not . "

Xiao Chen snorted with a grim look, “Do not ever talk to him anymore . I’ll do the asking . ”

"Hey, hey . . . Can’t I just talk to him!" Jing Yue protested immediately .

"No . " Xiao Chen said resolutely .

Jing Yue gnashed her teeth and looked at him . How could she never figure out that he was so unreasonable before?

The royal family regarded the August Hunting as a great event . There came the news early in the morning that the Emperor and his concubines had gone out of the palace . And Jing Yue also went up early to meet them together with Xiao Chen . Then they  headed for Jianshan Mountain beyond the Imperial City .
