Chapter 2429 - Divinity Mountain, Miraculous Physician Pang, Divine Square Cauldron
Besides that, Qing Shui had the Divine Battle Puppet already and had upgraded it with Scarlet Sun Metallic Essence. It received some maintenance as well and had changed much from before. All in all, Qing Shui was satisfied.
Divine Battle Puppet!
Divine Battle Puppet, damaged but repairable. It can achieve up to 30 trillion dao of might as of now.
It needed to recognize its master, then be controlled with the mind!
The way to recognize its master was to obtain ten drops of blood essence, dripping respectively into Tiantu, Shanzhong, Lingtai, Shenfu…
Under Qing Shui’s Battle God Halo and formations, it can reach up to 60 trillion dao of might.
This Scarlet Sun Metallic Essence was truly wonderful. They might have exhausted it, but its abilities were still good. If they exhausted it by creating or upgrading weapons then it wouldn’t disappear, as there would still be remnants of other composition such as a great power brought through it. However, upgrading the Divine Battle Puppet caused it to vanish. While it did strengthen it, the Scarlet Sun Metallic Essence was gone.
Hence, Qing Shui wasn’t surprised by the increase in power. After all, even though Demonic Lion felt weakened, it still had 40 trillion dao of abilities. With the complement of formations and halo, it could reach up to 80 trillion dao.
The words “Divine-Grade Puppet” were the reason why Qing Shui wanted to upgrade the Divine Battle Puppet. Demonic Lion was False God grade.
False God was second only to Divine grade existences and could pass itself off as such. However, it wasn’t divine grade, even if it was stronger than Immortal grades.
The Divine Battle Puppet was still in a damaged stage, but this was nothing strange. On the contrary, it would be strange if it wasn’t with this amount of power.
Hao Tian, Hill Moving Battle God, and especially Massacre Battle God experienced an increase in power after using Earth Spirit Immortal Fruit. Massacre Battle God had eight caves at first, and now he had nine with two of it being Black Gold Caves.
Hao Tian remained at eight caves but the ninth was starting to appear. It wouldn’t be long until he reached nine caves.
Hill Moving Battle God remained at eight caves.
There were most people with four caves. After four caves, they could try to breakthrough into Nurture God Realm. Eight caves were considered a strong prodigy already while people with nine caves typically had some unique physique, or were demonic beasts with special blood type. It also required some fate. As for ten caves, it was something that even Massacre Battle God and Hao Tian wouldn’t consider.
Now, amongst those around Qing Shui, only Beihuang Fan had the vague silhouette of a tenth cave. Even Shen Huang had only nine and at the rate she was going, it didn’t seem possible for her to develop the tenth. However, she did have four unique caves.
Now, the abilities of those around Qing Shui wouldn’t tolerate being despised upon either. Qing Shui had a Divine Battle Puppet, on top of two Demonic Lion Divine Puppet, the two women, as well as Massacre Battle God and the others. They were all reaching Peak Cave Realm.
Qing Shui broke through the Nurture God Realm while the rest still had to wait a while in it. Cave Realm was critical. Qing Shui was able to lend some help to them too and allow them to surpass the standards within Cave Realm.
Once the sun was up, Qing Shui and his companions headed into the mountain.
Divinity Mountain! It was rumored that divine entities used to appear here, and there were others who claimed that a huge giant spirit god was seen. However, those were all stories and the specifics weren’t clear neither.
The Spiritual Qi was dense in Divinity Mountain. From the moment they entered the area, they could feel that it was much thicker than it had been outside the mountain. It was an enchanting scene. It was typical for the most mystical things to appear within the mountains.
In the day, they usually all headed into the mountain, so it seemed as though there were many on the mountain paths. There didn’t seem to be an end to the line.
“What treasures do you think there is inside that they’ve all gathered here? Most of them could only follow on this trip but still have to risk their lives. Is that really worth it?” Shen Huang shook her head at the scene around them.
“Men head towards the higher grounds, wishing to catch a windfall and try their luck. If they did get lucky then they’d have boundless benefits to reap in their lifetime.” Qing Shui laughed.
“Are there any doctors? Save my older brother!” From afar, a group of people shouted as they walked.
Nobody would interfere when they see such incidents. There were about thirty people in the group, carrying a stretcher-like thing with a bloody man laying on top. They could see the rise and fall of his chest, which meant he was still alive.
Many would create a pathway when they bumped into such an incident, letting them go through.
“These must be the people who entered earlier on. It was lucky enough that they are still alive.”
“Yeah. Isn’t going in at night seeking death? What’s the use of being early? You must understand the danger when coming here.” A fat man said as he shook his fan. His appearance was laughable to others, but the fat man was nothing less than serious.
“Miraculous Physician Pang is right. Miraculous Physician Pang, do you want to lend a hand?” A young man snickered.
“We’ll have to see how much they’re willing to pay. Healing people requires remuneration too.” The fat man snickered along.
“I’ll ask.” The young man smiled and walked over.
“Miraculous Physician Pang is here. If you want to save him, then you’ll have to pay the price.” The young man stepped forward and said.
These people halted in their steps and the man in front asked in haste. “Please name your price.”
“Miraculous Physician Pang’s practice is that you will use everything you had received from this place as remuneration for his saving.” The man stated straightforwardly.
The man opposite hesitated.
“You should have been mentally prepared if you wanted to save someone. To venture out here, you must have had resolved yourself to sacrifice if needed. You can’t have both fish and bear paws at the same time; do you want his life or your items? It’s your choice but he wouldn’t hold out for much longer.” The man didn’t smile and said seriously.
“Alright, we’ll save his life. Miraculous Physician, please save him!” The man nodded after a moment of hesitation.
The fat man snickered when he walked out and approached the injured, while the man began to discuss what they had to pay as remuneration.
“What, these rubbish cauldrons are all you got?” The man’s voice rang out.
The fat man frowned, sensing that it wouldn’t be easy to save this injured man. All of his five viscera and six bowels were too severely injured and would need valuable medicinal herbs to save. Hence, he lifted his head towards the pile of cauldrons before standing up. “Since you don’t have the sincerity, let’s cancel this deal!”
“These cauldrons were really all we got. We have nothing else.” The man replied frantically.
“Who would believe in those words? We have sincerity, but you must reciprocate too. Even though we said we would take whatever you have from here, we didn’t know you had so little. You could have left some in an appropriate amount, but you took these out instead. Since it became like this, we won’t take up this case. Please find someone else instead!”
The man wanted to cry but no tears came. He watched the men. “I swear, this is really all we got. We didn’t want to take it at first, but big brother is already this injured so we took it anyway.”
“Since they won’t do it, let me instead!” Qing Shui smiled as he walked over.
Qing Shui looked at the cauldrons and smiled. They were Divine Square Cauldrons, one of the materials needed to upgrade Divine Weapon Flying Sword. There were quite a few in the pile, and it was what he needed now.
“Who are you? Even if Miraculous Physician Pang didn’t cure them, it’s still not your turn.” The man directed his words at Qing Shui, treating him as someone who was stealing their business.
“They had already named their price. Didn’t you refuse their offer? If you’re not going to do it, then why can’t I? A physician has the heart of a parent. He’s not qualified to be a physician. Move aside and don’t waste our time. The injured wouldn’t be able to hold out any longer.” Qing Shui said in disdain.
