Early next morning Mr. Sharma woke up, got ready real fast and proceeded towards his granddaughter's room. It was 6.30 a.m. He thought that his wife and his granddaughter would have got up. If not at least his wife would be up.
He badly wanted his bed tea and was still annoyed that his wife had not made a cup of tea for him last night when she had made a cup of tea for Tania.
As he raised his hand to knock at the door, his wife opened it as if she was on her way out.
"Good morning, my dear wife! Did you miss me so much that you are at the door to open it before I even knocked !" he asked with a laugh. "Or did you have a premonition that I was standing outside," he added with a twinkle in his eyes and still laughing.
"Namaste! Nothing of that sort. I knew you would be landing here, first thing in the morning. Hope you managed to sleep?" responded Mira, Tania's Dadi ji, looking annoyed.
Her husband had a habit of teasing her. It was OK if he did so when no one was around. But he had a habit of doing so when there were others around. It was mighty embarra.s.sing. Did he not realize that his granddaughter could hear what he was uttering? What would she think of her grandfather and grandmother?
She knew that he was annoyed for the deprived cup of tea late last night. So, he had come early morning to pester her and ask her for bed tea.
"Madam, can you please get all of us bed tea?" he inquired very sweetly.
Tania was awake and could hear the conversation that was going on between her Dada ji and Dadi ji. These two were the eternal love birds. She decided to remain quiet so as not to embarra.s.s them. But she found the conversation funny. It was just like old times when her parents were alive. They would constantly be having similar conversations.
She got off the bed and came over to the door.
"Namaste Dada ji, Namaste Dadi ji," Tania greeted her grandparents with folded hands, trying to keep a straight face though she was about to burst with laughter.
"Dada ji, come inside ! You want bed tea I am sure."
"I have a few cups here. We three can have bed tea in my room today. We will have another round later at 7-7.30 a.m. when Nani ji and Mamu ji wake up."
Mr. Sharma liked this idea. He thought that he was being compensated for that deprived cup of tea from late last night. He quickly moved into the room and made his way towards the chairs besides the study table. He had a feeling that his wife might usher him out of the door to go downstairs to make tea. After all, in India, it was his duty to make bed tea.
"I will make the tea," said Tania.
"No no, Not at all!" replied her Dada ji. "It has been my duty to make bed tea since your Dadi ji and I got married."
"I know where everything is kept. I will make it and then you tell me who makes better tea? Your Dadi ji or your Dada ji."
Soon tea was made and all three of them were sitting having bed tea with biscuits.
"Dada ji ! Last night, after I recounted my dream, I had asked you for inference of my dream."
"You had said that I was being warned of impending danger in this life. Maybe I was being told about what had happened to me in her previous life."
"You also said that we cannot keep waiting for Sanya to provide us information through dreams as it will take quite some time."
"You talked about exploring other avenues to get this information like psychologists and psychiatrists."
"Yes, I want to meet your psychiatrist today. Maybe he can help you cope with the stress and the frightening dreams," replied Tania's Dada ji.
"We also need to verify whether your father of the previous life was being threatened with death by your paternal uncle of that life who is your maternal uncle in this life."
"Then there is the issue of your mother and brother of your previous life being murdered due to an inflicted ailment."
"We cannot be wholly suspicious that someone who maybe a murderer in the previous life will be harboring similar feelings and thoughts in the present life also."
"A good psychiatrist will be able to probe your mind and figure out what is going on in your head. You are definitely not making up these stories."
"If your psychiatrist cannot figure out the cause and remedy, then we need to locate a hypnotist in Moscow who can find out what is troubling you and heal you."
"We need a hypnotist who is not only aware of Past Life Regression' (PLR) but practices it as well."
"Let us see what happens with the PLR therapy. I feel that we will need to go there for a few sessions."
"Thereafter, Tania, you will come with us to India. We will take you to a number of people there including Nadi astrologers who can predict your future based on your thumb print. They will locate your present life horoscope on the basis of your thumb print and can also locate your horoscope of a previous life."
"We will also visit various parts of Rajasthan, especially the ruins of Kalibangan, so that you can get the feel of that area where you had lived in your past life and remember everything."
"The sooner we move back the better."
"Even I do not like Igor, your maternal uncle. He is like an elephant. A smooth talker. He is full of meanness, ready to harm another to get benefit for himself. He is like an elephant who has two sets of teeth. One set to show the world e.g. the pair of tusks, and another set to eat which is a hidden set of teeth."
"I am also suspicious now about the so called accident that killed your parents. What if it was planned by someone and made to look like an accident. We need to examine the incident get some eye witnesses."
